Why the small Intellect? It could be of a person who is in their mid 30's and work's the back door of a bar. Or it could be of a small town DJ who can't seem to get over that hump of toxicity that can takes us all down with it.

Capacity for thinking and acquiring knowledge, especially of a high or complex order; mental capacity.
